We used Fiona as our realtor twice in just over two years – once to buy and once to sell. Both experiences were amazing but for this review I’ll focus on the latter. As soon as we contacted her about our decision to sell, Fiona was on top of everything. She not only made recommendations about how to increase our house value, but physically helped me stage (and even clean!) as we rushed to get ready for showings. We had our open house the day after we put it on the market with a TON of traffic and within 3 days had multiple offers. Above and beyond the realtor part, Fiona is genuinely a really good person who I would now consider a friend. She checks in with me frequently and remembers special dates like our daughters’ birthday. When we were looking for a house after leaving Florida, Fiona used her BHHS network to connect us with an agent in our area.
The only issue I can come up with regarding working with Fiona is that I can’t clone her and have her as my realtor everywhere I go! March 2020
